The part people miss about AI builders

I read a piece about a founder using AI to build his startup, and what I liked was that he was honest about the limit.

AI got him moving fast. It helped with planning, writing, testing ideas, and even building an early version of the product. But once things got more serious, he hit the wall a lot of people hit. The output was close, but still wrong in ways that mattered. So he brought in real developers to finish it right.

That feels accurate to me.

AI is great for speed. It's great for momentum. It's great for getting something off the ground. But you still need judgment. You still need taste. You still need to know when the machine is helping and when it's just confidently making a mess.

That's the skill now: using AI well.
